I have only had this product for a few days, but I can already tell that it is working.

I use it in a special 'tea' that I concocted when I decided to quit coffee. It is really undetectable in that liquid. I also add it to my yogurt.
It is very fine, almost like flour, so it could be easily added to about any dish you can cook up.

This is the best fiber supplement I have found. I bought it from this company through amazon and the packaging was kind of a mess and powder everywhere in the box. Other than that, it is great.

We made mesquite flour pancakes, and we substituted oat meal with oat fiber and they came out great! Great tasting and yes, and much more pleasant texture for the pancakes versus oat flakes.

After years of satisfactory use I reluctantly have to stop using this oat fiber because Honeyville can't assure me that the oats were not drenched in Roundup just before harvest as is now the customary harvest protocol. This is very important to any rational consumer concerned about health especially in a bran product.

HONEYVILLE RESPONSE: Pesticides and Herbicides are used in any products that are not organic, including our oats. Our oats are cleaned to specific standards before they ever make it to the fiber process. Unfortunately, we're not sure that you'd be able to find an oat fiber in the United States that doesn't use oats grown using pesticides and herbicides. These are a part of the growing and harvesting process.

I ordered this fiber and it came in 3 business days. The packaging was good and the fiber was contained. I have already used this fiber to make a low carb one minute muffin. It was great.

Oat fiber is easy to use in recipes and my family does not notice any taste difference. It has been great for keeping our cholesterol and weight under control!
