Instructions: To reconstitute one egg, mix 2 scoops (2 Tbs) of OvaEasy Egg Crystals with 3 scoops of water (3 Tbs). Honeyville's OvaEasy Egg Crystals contain 6 sealed pouches in each can in the twin pack, and each pouch comes out to a dozen eggs. All together, each twin pack contains 12 dozen large fresh whole eggs.
A single #10 can is filled entirely in one pouch and contains the equivalent of 96 eggs.
Uses: OvaEasy Egg Crystals can be used for any egg recipe, but work best for making omelets, scrambled eggs and more.
