Shipping and Delivery

Do you really ship my entire order for just $8.99?

Yes. We ship your entire order, no matter what size or amount, anywhere in the contiguous United States via ground shipping services for only $8.99. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

How long does it take to ship my order?

The vast majority orders leave our facility within 1 business day. In fact if you're placing an order on a weekday and you checkout before 12pm MST, chances are your order will ship that afternoon. Occasionally, during promotional periods and brief moments of high order volume, shipping times may increase while we work through the backlog. Our fulfillment team is top-notch and works tirelessly to get your order to you as fast as is possible.

What shipping services are available?

We use partnerships with the main carriers to find the fastest way to get your order to you. Our flat rate $8.99 shipping service utilizes FedEx Home Delivery or SmartPost and gets your order to you in 3-9 days, depending on where you live. You can also select an expedited service at a competitive rate if you need your order sooner.

Can I ship my order to Alaska or Hawaii for $8.99?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer $8.99 shipping to our friends in Alaska and Hawaii. We do offer delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, but at an additional charge. We are actively working with freight carriers and hope to bring more shipping options to our neighbors in the north and across the Pacific in the near future.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No. We currently only ship within the United States. We are however working on expanding to Canada and Mexico and hope to open in those countries in 2019.

What happens if my shipment is damaged?

Everyone has had the terrible experience of excitedly opening that order you've been waiting for only to find it was damaged on its way to you. If this happens with an order you place with us, just give us a call, toll-free at 888-810-3212 or e-mail help@honeyville.com and we'll get a replacement quickly on its way.

Product Questions and Answers

The product that I want to purchase says that it is out of stock. How can I order it? When will it be back in stock?

We do our best to keep all of our products in stock at all times, but we do occasionally run out of some items. When an item is out of stock, a button will appear on the product page that says "Click Here to Subscribe". You can use this to be added to a list that will send you an email when the item is back in stock. If you would like an estimated restock date for any out-of-stock product, you can always contact us at 888-810-3212 or via e-mail at help@honeyville.com

Can I substitute any items in your combo packs for something else?

Substitutions are not applicable for any combo packs. The combos are premade and offered as is.

Where do your products come from?

The majority of products we carry are U.S. based products. There are a few exceptions with a number of those exceptions coming from Canada. Some of the fruits and vegetables we carry come from South America and Europe to increase the seasonal availability. We do our best to steer clear of products that come from China and the Orient.

How can I obtain nutritional documentation?

Our Quality Assurance Department handles all of the documentation and nutrition specific information for our products. We are in the process of making this information available online, but it is a monumental task. For additional information, please call 888-810-3212

Do you carry any product that is GMO, or genetically modified?

The majority of our foods are non-GMO. There are a couple of exceptions in the bulk milled corn and bulk soy products that potentially have small traces of GMO.

Do you carry organic products?

We now have an organic product line that is continually growing. Check it out to learn about all of our organics.

How can I obtain a list of allergens for your products?

Which grains are sproutable?

Sproutable grains are as follows: Hard Red Wheat, Hard White Wheat, Spring Wheat, Soft White Wheat and Whole Grain Rye.

How do I read lot numbers?

Lot numbers located on our packaging can appear to be hyroglyphs, but we’re here to help. We have provided you with our handy Lot# deciphering guides. Just refer to the according guide below.

The first set of digits “10” represents the year of pack “2010”.

The second set of digits “188” represent the Julian date (the 188th day of the year) for 2010 “July 7th”, .

Ordering Process Questions and Answers

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

I'm having trouble checking out with PayPal, what now?

The Paypal checkout process is a unique one and it's something we are working to improve on. When you checkout with Paypal, you will be redirected from the Honeyville site to the Paypal checkout page. Once you fill in your login information and confirm payment, you will be redirected to the Honeyville online store. At this point, your order is not finished. You must finish the order process on our website by confirming your information, clicking the Next button, then clicking the Place Your Order button. Once this is complete, a confirmation page will appear with your order number and a review of your purchase.

How do I get coupon codes? How do I enter my coupon code?

We offer our customers the opportunity to sign up to receive promotions and discounts in addition to new product offerings and company news. To sign up, just enter your email address in the upper right hand side of our Online Store site. When you receive a coupon code for use on an order, simply checkout as usual. On the 2nd page of checkout you'll find a coupon code field. Enter your code and click the Apply button. You'll see that the discount is applied and you can proceed to the final checkout page. Note that coupon codes cannot be combined, or may not be valid during a promotional sale.

Wholesale Questions and Answers

Do you offer wholesale pricing? How does that work?

Our wholesale pricing is strictly volume based with price breaks starting at the pallet level. If you're looking for over 50 cases or 2500 pounds worth of product, please e-mail help@honeyville.com for further inquiries.

Online Ordering

Our Online Shopping Cart is available for those customers that prefer to have their products delivered to their home or workplace via UPS. Our online store, can accommodate orders as small as one can and as large as several pallets. Customers ordering in pallet quantities are encouraged to call us, toll-free, at 888-810-3212, or email us at help@honeyville.com for wholesale price breaks. In addition to finding information on our vast product lines, users can easily browse and purchase Honeyville products. Utilizing a flat-rate shipping cost, order tracking, and secure payment transactions, our shopping cart is a breeze to use. Payment Options

For orders placed online we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You are also welcome to use your PayPal account for fast and easy checkout. In addition to the methods listed above, you can print out a Mail Order Form, fill it out, and send it in to the address on the form along with a check or money order. Your order will be processed and shipped just as our online orders are processed. Returns and Exchanges

If an item that you ordered arrives damaged please either refuse the package or give us a call immediately at 888-810-3212. We are happy to process a claim with UPS and get replacement product shipped out to you immediately, and at no cost to you. If, upon receiving your order, you decide that you no longer want the items that you’ve ordered, you can ship the unopened product back to Honeyville, at your cost, for a refund on that item. Should any product not meet your expectations, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed. We want to ensure that you get what you pay for and will do everything in our power to make things right.

Shipping Policy

We understand that your time is valuable. That’s why MOST orders are shipped within 1 business day, if the order is received, Monday through Friday, prior to 11:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time). If your order comes in after that time we will ship it out the next business day. Rarely, during periods of high sales volume, like a sales promotion, or new product release, ship times will increase.

Honeyville Grain, Inc. reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time. Most basic orders are shipped via UPS Ground at a cost of $8.99 per complete order (not per item). You can add as many items as you’d like to your cart and still be charged just $8.99 for ground delivery anywhere in the contiguous United States. For our flat rate shipping all items in your order must be shipped to the same address. As we ship with UPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. The shipping address you provide must be a physical street address. Honeyville Grain no longer ships to APO and FPO addresses. We also will not ship your order overseas or to Canada. We can ship via UPS to Hawaii or Alaska, but additional freight will apply. Call our customer service at 888-810-3212 for details.

In addition to these options, you are more than welcome to provide us with your shipping account number with UPS, FedEx, or DHL and we will ship your package on your own account.
