You’ve come to the right place if you’re wondering where to buy Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour. We're prepared to meet your dietary needs whether you have Celiac restrictions, adhere to a Paleo lifestyle, or simply enjoy low-carb baking. Almond flour sets the standard for gluten-free options and for that reason you’re able to bake amazing cookies, cakes, and bread without sacrificing quality.
Only the best California-grown almonds are used for Honeyville’s flour. After they're skinned, they’re milled into the finest texture achievable. The almond flour’s nutritional value is retained throughout the entire process, leaving you with a balance of carbohydrates, protein, and calcium.
Shelf-Life: Stores 6 to 9 months in the sealed package under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). Almond flour should be refrigerated or frozen for optimal freshness and shelf life. For best results allow flour to return to room temperature prior to use.
Uses: Substitute Blanched Almond Flour in any recipe calling for flour to make healthy, gluten-free baked goods.
Packaging: Blanched Almond Flour is available in 3 lb. and 25 pound pack sizes. The 3 pound bags are offered in a re-sealable, zippered bag. The 25 pound box of Almond Flour is offered in industry-standard, commercial packaging. You can expect your 25# box to contain a blue, food grade, semi-permeable bag that is not sealed and allows the almond flour to breathe. This is done by design, and helps to keep moisture levels down and preserve shelf life. Boxes are taped closed. See photos for reference. Packaging may vary.
Ingredients: Almonds from California.
Allergen information: Contains Almonds, which are a tree nut. Produced on its own line.
Have been buying almond flour from Honeyville for several years. I use it around the Holidays, to make marzipan at Christmas, and Greek Easter cake in spring. I also use it in baking. I keep the bag in the freezer, which maintains it’s freshness. I WOULD like to be able to buy 1lb or 2lb packages instead of 5lbs.Review by HB (Posted on 1/16/2014)
I've been using your blanched almond flour for 1-1/2 years now. I have tried other brands of almond flour as well, and none of them produced the same quality of baked goods that your blanched almond flour does, so I use yours exclusively. I have made the exact same recipe with other almond flour and the results were so different it was like 2 totally different recipes -- it was that noticeable. While I know that some may find it pricey...it is still a few dollars cheaper per pound than the brand commonly sold in many supermarkets -- and the quality of baked goods yours produce is so much better. I do lots of grain-free baking and this bag lasts me a long time. Thank you!!!Review by Gourmet Girl Cooks (Posted on 12/14/2013)
