You’ve come to the right place if you’re wondering where to buy Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour. We're prepared to meet your dietary needs whether you have Celiac restrictions, adhere to a Paleo lifestyle, or simply enjoy low-carb baking. Almond flour sets the standard for gluten-free options and for that reason you’re able to bake amazing cookies, cakes, and bread without sacrificing quality.
Only the best California-grown almonds are used for Honeyville’s flour. After they're skinned, they’re milled into the finest texture achievable. The almond flour’s nutritional value is retained throughout the entire process, leaving you with a balance of carbohydrates, protein, and calcium.
Shelf-Life: Stores 6 to 9 months in the sealed package under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). Almond flour should be refrigerated or frozen for optimal freshness and shelf life. For best results allow flour to return to room temperature prior to use.
Uses: Substitute Blanched Almond Flour in any recipe calling for flour to make healthy, gluten-free baked goods.
Some great recipes include Lemon Blueberry Bread, Blanched Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies, Almond Flour Crusted Tilapia Nuggets, Cheesy Italian Breadsticks.
Packaging: Blanched Almond Flour is available in 3, 5, and 25 pound pack sizes. The 3 and 5 pound bags are offered in a re-sealable, zippered bag. The 25 pound box of Almond Flour is offered in industry-standard, commercial packaging. You can expect your 25# box to contain a blue, food grade, semi-permeable bag that is not sealed and allows the almond flour to breathe. This is done by design, and helps to keep moisture levels down and preserve shelf life. Boxes are taped closed. See photos for reference. Packaging may vary.
Ingredients: Almonds from California.
Allergen information: Contains Almonds, which are a tree nut. Produced on its own line.

Product shipped quickly and the flour is of good quality and definitely cheaper than buying at grocery. The only negative is that when I opened the bag, it tore down to the ziplock closure so it isn't resealable. I'm having to tape it shut.

This is the best almond flour on the market...and the cheapest if you buy it in bulk. The baked goods, pancakes, and waffles are so much more moist using this flour. My husband noticed the difference immediately when I started using this instead of almond meal. Have been buying the 3 lb bags from Costco when they were on sale, but purchased the 25 lb bag this time because of the big cost savings...sharing the purchase with a friend, so we both save!

I wish these had been soaked to remove some of the phytic acid (a mineral absorption inhibitor). I did it but I would have preferred to be able to skip this step. It was good otherwise.

Excellent Price for quality product. Brought it for my daughter who use to grind her own and she says it is great. It definitely is the best quality item on line for the price.

We always enjoy this almond flour as we use it in numerous recipes to avoid wheat. But this time around, someone in the shipping department goofed and sent only one 5 lb. bag instead of the two that we ordered.

Upon calling customer service, I was delighted by the cheerful response to the problem. The operator said Honeyville would immediately send out the missing bag.

This is the best almond flour I've tried for baking. The flavor is fresh and light and the texture is perfect, the closest to "regular" flour out there. It is quite expensive, but not any more than my local health food's bulk almond flour, and Honeyville's is of better quality. Yes, I wish it were cheaper, but if you are looking for quality and flavor, this is the best.

I don't know what people are saying about costco carrying this product at a cheaper price BUT where I live it is the same price per bag for the 3 lb bag. (only option). and it is mail order anyway.

I love this almond flour but have not used it for anything else but bread by elana that I found on her web site and this recipe is heavenly!!!! I don't know how to use this flour in any other recipes. I've been wanting to make coffee cake with this flour but am afraid to do that! I made a pie crust with almond flour but it was a disaster!!!

I am making more and more recipes using almond flour and this one was recommended on elanaspantry.com. I made some cookies using one of the recipes from elanaspantry.com with this flour today and they were awesome! Will buy from honeyville again.
