I switched to this flour 3years ago after I heard about it from a colleague. I make Indian bread(rotis/Puris) as well as bread with this. For making bread in the bread machine I do add 30% of all purpose flour. As expected the bread is a little denser when using this flour but that's perfect with a soup on a cold day :) The Indian breads are a little darker because of the color of the flour. But they don't taste much different than the ones made wheat flour found in Indian stores. Few of my friends switched to this flour too after tasting it at my home!Review by Hema (Posted on 3/24/14)
