The Large Loaf Pan is a great addition to anyone's bakeware for three reasons: it's durability; it's non-stick surface; and its baking power. The heavy gauge aluminized steel makes it one of the toughest pans on the market. Not to mention the safe, non-stick coating on its surface to easily remove your bread. As long as you can think it up, you can bake it in this pan. It also comes equipped with a warranty because it's such a great product.

Materials: Heavy gauge aluminized steel with Americoat® non-stick silicone coating.
Uses: Baking loaves of banana nut, cinnamon, raisin bread, and much more.
Care: Loaf pan should be washed by hand. Also, only use silicone, nylon or wooden utensils when removing food from the pan. Do not use sharp metal utensils. Grease and flour the pan as directed by your recipe but cooking spray is not recommended.
Heat Settings: Do not exceed baking temperature of 450 degrees. Also recommended is monitoring oven temperature and baking time, for the first few uses, because this pan has been created to conduct heat efficiently. Adjust time and temperature as necessary.

This pan is the absolute best for cake breads like banana or zucchini bread. I like to make my batches a little bigger than most, and the width of this pan makes the bread a perfect shape for large slices that can soak up some melted butter or honey.
