Materials: Heavy gauge aluminized steel with Americoat® non-stick silicone coating.
Uses: Baking beautiful loaves of Italian and French bread.
Care: Hand wash in warm water with mild dish soap and a sponge. This pan is not dishwasher safe.
Heat Settings: Do not exceed baking temperature of 450 degrees. Also recommended is monitoring oven temperature and baking time, for the first few uses, because this pan has been created to conduct heat efficiently. Adjust time and temperature as necessary.

I recently just purchased this pan and was a little leery on how well it would bake Italian or submarine bread. Let me tell you, I am convinced! This pan bakes the perfect baguettes, Italian Loaves, sub sandwich breads, and more! The bread comes out with the perfect crispness on all sides (not burned on the bottom like most pans) with the right amount of light and fluffy goodness in the middle.
