I LOVE this cookbook! I have been using it since January, 2013 and love Elana's recipes. I don't always follow them exactly, but have been able to successfully adjust her recipes to the foods that I can tolerate. My baking improved even more when I took Elana's suggestion and began using Honeyville blanched almond flour for our baked goods.
