I have bought a couple of bags over the last year for pizza. With a herd of teenagers we go thru a lot of pizza and the results with the Summit flour are uniformly good. Excellent gluten properties for stretching the dough. Good proofing qualities. Good for both thin crust and thicker crust pizza. Also makes good focaccia and similar flat breadsReview by chet brewer (Posted on 3/24/14)
Bought first bag hoping that it was going to work for rustic breads. Turned out fabulous. Now use it for all my breads... bought another 50lbs. Really spoils you for using the grocery store flour.....Review by K. Tate (Posted on 2/26/14)
