This stuff is really good and makes a healthy alternative to mashed pototoes or similar starchy side. I just add boullion to the water and eat it with anything.Review by Brent (Posted on 3/24/14)
We have been using cracked wheat from several sources in the past. We stumbled on Honeyville through a Google search back in 2008. We bought the 50 lb bag and have been very happy with the quality and price. The product has great flavor and cooks up consistently in our preparations. "We use it to make everything from the ""Taboli"" salad to ethnic desserts. We even use it most of the time as a substitute for cooked rice and it tastes great not to mention more nutritious." I also found an added benefit of maintaining my weight by using this product in place of our traditional rice in most of my diet. I will continue to use use this product unless I find something far superior.Review by Rama (Posted on 3/24/14)
