Good for storage!

Honey is always a great storage item but I prefer to buy my local honey which by the way is the same price and take advantage of the fact using local honey helps with allergies. Bees pollinating in your own local area
helps counteract the very allergies from same pollen. But never microwave it that kills the very bacteria that is good for you. I put mine in an inch of water in my crockpot on high and let it melt away crystals and they never seem to reform. But if you don't have a local bee farm then by all means buy this item.
