Shelf-Life: Chocolate Soy Milk will store for 3 to 5 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). Once opened, it has an average shelf life of 3 to 6 months.

This is a very good product. One helpful note, though... I recommend that you mix the solution in a blender. Before using a blender, I was slightly disappointed with the product because some of the product settled to the bottom of the pitcher in the fridge after a few minutes (I would stir it a few times and by the next day it would be ok). However on a whim, I decided when making a new batch once to mix it in my blender and see how well it reconstituted. Huge difference! Nothing settled to the bottom after doing this, and it was drinkable right away and tastes very good. So, that's my tip on this product -- Hope it helps. Love the product! I use it to make hot cocoa. I use a coffee measure (I think it's 1/8 cup) per mug. At first, I had to add sweetener. Now, I like it just like it is, served piping hot with a bit of almond or coconut milk added to make it creamier.Review by S. Smith (Posted on 5/26/2015)
And it's economical! If using the directions, prepared, it's about a $1 per quart. That's a deal when you look at the prices for prepared soy milk in the stores these days! For this reason, I consider it an item to stock in the every day pantry.
