These garbanzo beans were clean and uniform in size. They are a great food storage item. Can be ground for flour cooked for salads main dishes soups and hummus. A very versatile bean. One cup of dry beans will yield almost 3 cups of cooked beans. I highly recommend them.Review by Pat (Posted on 3/24/14)
