You’ve come to the right place if you’re wondering where to buy Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour. We're prepared to meet your dietary needs whether you have Celiac restrictions, adhere to a Paleo lifestyle, or simply enjoy low-carb baking. Almond flour sets the standard for gluten-free options and for that reason you’re able to bake amazing cookies, cakes, and bread without sacrificing quality.

Only the best California-grown almonds are used for Honeyville’s flour. After they're skinned, they’re milled into the finest texture achievable. The almond flour’s nutritional value is retained throughout the entire process, leaving you with a balance of carbohydrates, protein, and calcium.

Shelf-Life: Stores 6 to 9 months in the sealed package under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). Almond flour should be refrigerated or frozen for optimal freshness and shelf life. For best results allow flour to return to room temperature prior to use.

Uses: Substitute Blanched Almond Flour in any recipe calling for flour to make healthy, gluten-free baked goods.

Some great recipes include Lemon Blueberry Bread, Blanched Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies, Almond Flour Crusted Tilapia Nuggets, Cheesy Italian Breadsticks.

Packaging: Blanched Almond Flour is available in 3, 5, and 25 pound pack sizes. The 3 and 5 pound bags are offered in a re-sealable, zippered bag. The 25 pound box of Almond Flour is offered in industry-standard, commercial packaging. You can expect your 25# box to contain a blue, food grade, semi-permeable bag that is not sealed and allows the almond flour to breathe. This is done by design, and helps to keep moisture levels down and preserve shelf life. Boxes are taped closed. See photos for reference. Packaging may vary.

Ingredients: Almonds from California.

Allergen information: Contains Almonds, which are a tree nut. May be produced on the same line as products containing peanuts.

Getting Concerned

So far this has been the finest almond flour I have located. Unfortunately the price has risen and risen, and the discounts have disappeared. I will buy it this time but will ration things from here on out. Sad day.

Love this almond flour!

Got hooked on it through Costco and started making the recipe for the chocolate chip cookies on the back. Didn't have the Grapeseed oil or the agave nectar, so I substituted coconut oil and coconut Nectar, they are fabulous this way (think almond joy in a cookie). I don't flatten them and only bake them 7-8 mins, they stay nice and fluffy and oh so yummy! This is the recipe I use for diabetics and paleo events. Everybody raves about them and constantly asks me to make more. Tried the recipe as written and not even close to being as good. Was disappointed when the price went up but still able to get it at Costco. So I will continue to purchase this almond flour as long as Costco carries it and the price doesn't increase any more. This is the best almond flour I have found as it is a very fine texture and not at all grainy as others are. Thank you Honeyville for such a wonderful product.

The Best Almond Flour Around

I've tried several other brands, but Honeyville brand is the best. It's super fine and you don't get that grainy feel in your baked goods. I've made breads, cookies, bars, and muffins with great results. I highly recommend this product!

Wonderful Almond Flour But Price is Getting Too High

I love this flour! I've used it for several years now - but if the price continues to rise, I will need to begin making my own. It is the best flour I've found - and I truly do not want to need to make my own. But I will if the price keeps going up!

Made from Nuts of Gold?

This almond flour is consistently perfect, but I have to keep going back and forth amongst three or four different sources of almond flour because of all the price increases. The flat rate shipping and the fact that I also buy honey in bulk from this site are the only reasons I ever purchase almond flour here anymore.

Great product, but price increases are unreasonable

I buy the 25 pound bags because I bake frequently. It is good stuff. However, I think I paid about $125 for that amount about two years ago. Now it's $185 ?!?! Also, the promotional discounts seem to be less valuable as well.
I might try to use coconut flour more, as ounce to ounce it is much less expensive, plus you need much less for baking.

Good But Falls Apart as Expected

Pancakes made with this are fine, but if you are planning on baking with it, add in a little buckwheat flour or some other flour that will make it stick together; otherwise cake, muffins, etc. will fall apart.
