Exactly what you would expect

These other two are pretty clueless in their reviews. If you wanted real orange juice buy the orange pieces, reconstitute, and press out.
A quick look at the ingredient list would tell you want you need to know!

I haven't yet actually tried this yet but will be buying more drink mixes from Honeyville. The ingredients they use are better and they don't hide the fact they add some chemicals to help keep it granular, not let it cake etc... These are all standard adds to anything powdered. Check the competitors, first ingredient is refined sugar, then dextrose, Honeyville uses Frutose (i.e. natural fruit sugars!), and cane sugar (more minimally processed than regular sugar).

Worth having for a supply.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The whole purpose of me ordering a can of this "drink mix" product was in hopes that I could mix it with MILK. I happen to be someone who has always strongly DISLIKED drinking regular white milk, and am so tired of the commonplace strawberry and chocolate powders and/or syrup flavors for mixing it with. The thing is, I always KNEW that citrus products and anything acidic or containing citrus (such as oranges and lemons) ARE NOT supposed to be mixed with milk, but nevertheless, the idea had always greatly fascinated me, as I love experimenting with and exploring new tastes and theories. Well I had already brought this concern up by initially ASKING the employee who answered my call the day I ordered as to whether milk was indeed immiscible with this mix, and because she did not know the answer to it, she put me on hold so that she ask someone else who DID know in order to find out for me and then tell me.

After waiting a couple of seconds, she came back to the phone and told me that "it should be fine." Long story short, when I had mixed this product with a cup of milk the day I received it on my doorstep, I found that the milk did not "taste right" and immediately had an antsy gut feeling about it the entire time. Well, minutes later, just as I was about to gulp down the remaining portion of my concocted drink, much to my chagrin, I found the bottom contents all CURDLED. The milk had COAGULATED into a gross jelly-like substance, which meant that it WAS NOT supposed to be mixed with this powder (due to the acidic content in it) in the first place!! I then became SO WORRIED whether I was going to fall ill later on for already drinking the content.

I was so disappointed and even a bit angry at the company that I was given a FALSE answer. So I called the next day and filed a complaint about the incident. The employee on the line this time, Noah, was SUPER PATIENT, NICE, AND HELPFUL. He listened to my entire story where I very kindly explained to him about my dreadful unexpected experience (how I could have gotten sick and even possibly landed in the hospital) and without hesitation, kindly offered me a FULL REFUND on the product. I wish I could rate the level of service I received as a customer, because I would give him 10 STARS!!! Thanks again Noah!

Lots of Vitamin C-- but not OJ

Not sure what we expected-- perhaps with all the Oranges on the can-- I think I was expecting it to be more like Orange Juice-- and coming from Florida-- perhaps that was a bit unfair. If I had to describe it-- it would taste like a watered down Tang. If you like Tang-- then that's good. So I even tried to go to the store to compare the contents. Tang and this orange drink have the same carb and sodium content. What was impressive with the Honeyville brand is the Vitamin C content! Tang was at 100%. Honeyville was 3x that. So depending on your reason for buying this product-- if you are expecting OJ-- then not a good recommendation. If you are looking for something with lots of Vitamin C-- then here it is.
