I own 4 of these pans, plus 2 of the 10-inch size, and they are the best bread pans I've ever used in my 50 years of baking bread. This is especially true if you are baking gluten-free breads. The crusts are softer, and thus easier to chew, the shape/sizes are perfect for most GF yeast bread recipes, they make great quick-bread loaves, and they release the loaves like a dream. Clean-up does take just a bit more effort to get down into all the dimples, but not really that much of a problem, considering all the other benefits.
