I was very satisfied with the quality of Grandpa's Kitchen products. The bread/pizza mix makes a really good bread that I can use for a sandwich, toast, french toast or a grilled cheese sandwich. The pizza crust is the best one I have tried and it rolls out easily. The flour blend makes absolutely everything from cookies to pie-crust perfectly. It has no bad after taste, is not heavy or dry. In fact no one can tell that what I make is gluten free. It is easy to use cup for cup in any of my favorite recipes.
