The majority of orders leave our facility within 1 business day. During promotional periods and brief moments of high order volume, shipping times may increase as we work through the backlog. These instances are minimal and we work tirelessly to get your order shipped in the quickest possible manner.
There are two variables that determine the time it takes your shipment to get from the UPS trucks to your front doorstep. One is the method of shipping and the other is your location when you use UPS Ground. For UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select, your order will ship out the following business day and arrive in the time called for in the expedited service. Orders shipped out using our flat-rate UPS Ground Service generally ship in 1 business day and can take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location, since we ship out of California and Ohio. When your order ships, an e-mail with tracking information will be sent to you for your reference.
Currently we ship exclusively with UPS. Our flat-rate $4.99 shipping utilizes UPS Ground Service and UPS also offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select at reasonable rates.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer $4.99 shipping to our friends in Alaska and Hawaii. We ship exclusively via UPS and cannot provide UPS Ground Service that is cost effective to those states. We do offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge. We hope to bring in more shipping methods to our neighbors in the north and across the Pacific here in the near future.

We do our best to keep our items in stock, but we do occasionally run out of a product. When this occurs, we stop taking orders for that product because we are unable to process back orders. Substitutions are not applicable for any combo packs. The combos are premade and offered as is.
The majority of products we carry are U.S. based products. There are a few exceptions with a number of those exceptions coming from Canada. Some of the fruits and vegetables we carry come from South America and Europe to increase the seasonal availability. We steer clear of products that come from China and the Orient.

The majority of our foods are non-GMO. There are a couple of exceptions in the bulk milled corn and bulk soy products that potentially have small traces of GMO.

The Paypal checkout process is a unique one and it's something we are working to improve on. When you checkout with Paypal, you will be redirected from the Honeyville site to the Paypal checkout page. Once you fill in your login information and confirm payment, you will be redirected to the Honeyville online store. At this point, your order is not finished. You must finish the order process on our website by confirming your information, clicking the Next button, then clicking the Place Your Order button. Once this is complete, a confirmation page will appear with your order number and a review of your purchase.
We offer our customers the opportunity to sign up to receive promotions and discounts in addition to new product offerings and company news. To sign up, just enter your email address in the upper right hand side of our Online Store site. When you receive a coupon code for use on an order, simply checkout as usual. On the 2nd page of checkout you'll find a coupon code field. Enter your code and click the Apply button. You'll see that the discount is applied and you can proceed to the final checkout page.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product or there is a manufacturing defect, Honeyville will gladly replace the item or refund you within 60 days. After 60 days, each issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If an item that you ordered arrives damaged please either refuse the package or give us a call immediately at 888-810-3212. We are happy to process a claim with UPS and get replacement product shipped out to you immediately, and at no cost to you. If within 60 days of receipt, you decide you no longer want your products, you may ship the unopened products back to Honeyville -- at your cost -- for a refund. Should any product not meet your expectations, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed. We want to ensure that you get what you pay for and will do everything in our power to make things right.
