Shelf-Life: Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese will store for 5 to 10 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

Before the site redesign, there were many reviews on this product. Mine was one. Wasn't expecting much accept as a source of dairy until I tasted it. Surprise, it's loaded with cheddar flavor. Think of expensive natural cheddar crackers. A great addition as a flavor to any moist dish that needs real cheddar. It melts funny in bulk, but it is freeze dried.
