I am new to food storage using freezedried. I decided to order from Honeyville after watching several Chef Tess and other videos on youtube on meals in a jar. I just recieved my first order and decided to add some peppers to my Baked Zeti; which seemed a little bland and I am so amazed how garden fresh they taste! It's just what was needed to amp it up. Great product.Review by Heidi
Bell peppers are close to $4 a pound here in Maine. These are so good in cooking. Since I have not used them in a salad yet I can not say however my experience says they will be great too.Review by Nora
