Shelf-Life: Chocolate Cake Mix will store for 1 year in a sealed 50 pound bag under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).
Instructions: For 1 cake blend 3 cups of mix, 2 eggs, and 1/3 cup water until smooth. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. For a large batch add 10 lbs of cake mix with 2 lbs of water. Mix at medium speed for 4 minutes, then add 2 lbs of eggs and mix again at medium speed for 3 minutes. Add another 2 lbs of water, scrape bowl and mix on low speed for 3 minutes. Bake for 23 minutes at 350° F.
Uses: Makes delicious chocolate cake and can even be used to make cupcakes.
