I have tried several brands of almond flour but this is the best one. Baked goods come out Much better with this flour.

cheaper at costco

you can get almond flour from costco for $5 per lb Honeyville is selling for $7/lb + $4.49 shipping this is almost $8/lb.

The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread

I have nave been able to make a decent pie crust. Now I can with the Blanched Almond Flour. Mine have been perfect every time. I use 1 1/2 cup almond flour 3 Tablespoons butter 3 Tablespoons Stevia and a pinch of salt. Don't get out your rolling pin it works better with just your fingers. I blend it with my mixer then form it into a ball. Place the pastry ball in the center of the pan and work it out to th top of the pan Prick the center part with a fork and bake 325 for 10 min or until golden brown.

Wheat Belly Diet

Wow! This flour has been exactly what I needed! We are eliminating wheat from our diet and this flour is making it totally possible. With the help of the Wheat Belly Cookbook and this almond flour we are adjusting pretty well even with hungry teenagers! I just made a birthday cake - yellow with choc frosting among many other dishes and they are turning out great. We even had garlic toast last night from the leftover biscuits made with almond flour. We are fighting a case of severe really severe eczema and I'm hoping that eliminating wheat will be part of the solution. This will be our 2nd case of the blanched almond flour.

Pretty good stuff....

Cooking with almond flour is an adventure. This product is about as good as I've found but it has increased in price over the last couple of years. It's worth it to get away from wheat flour but it makes for expensive pizza crust bread biscuits etc. Still at about $8/lb with shipping it does provide a healthy alternative. Now if I could find organic almond flour I'd be even happier.

Best Almond Flour

I found so many wonderful recipes using almond flour. I tried 3 other brands and each time my results fell flat. They didn't look like the creators nor did they have the texture and taste I wanted. Then I finally decided to try the Honeyville brand based on the recommendation of one of the bloggers. I was elated to find that the almond flour you use DOES make a difference. This product is wonderful for mom's looking to decrease carbs and increase protein in their children's diet.

This stuff is amazing

I've used this almond flour in muffins cupcakes banana bread and brownies so far and it is AMAZING! The taste is incredible and when I add the calories in My Fitness Pal I'm so IMPRESSED with the carb counts!!! Quality is excellent can't even tell the difference between this and regular all-purpose flour.

Best Almond Flour on the market

I was using Bob's Red Mill which worked ok for quite a while then all of a sudden it started being very grainy and ruined several recipes. And at $9.99 a pound that's expensive. This is much less expensive and consistently fine. My gluten free chocolate chip cookies work out perfectly every single time with this flour.

Awesome flour

My family and I are following Maria's Nutritious and Delicious blog to get great recipes and low carb gluten free dessert and meal recipes. She recommends your brand of blanched almond flour. Used my first 25 lbs and made awesome gluten free desserts that weren't so high glycemic.
