GREAT PRODUCT

I have used several blanched almond products this year but this one is by far the best in taste and price! My baked goods come out delicious and moist and you really can't tell the difference when eating it. My family actually thought I made my baked goods with flour but were shocked when I told them it was not. I would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect

This is blanched almond flour I don't think people read thoroughly. Without the skins better than that Mill stuff at Whole Foods. Tastes better comes out better in my recipes. I love it. I buy this about once a month that's how much we use it. I don't think it's fair to give less than 5 stars from the other reviewers when they didn't read before they bought that blanched means no skin. I'm always recommending this to my friends and family.

Good Stuff!

My wife is gluten intolerant Celiac sufferer. We did discover that almond flour agrees with her perfectly as it contains no gluten. My wife is also a pre-diabetic and we have found that almond flour or baked goods made with almond flour don't excessively raise her blood sugar like wheat or other flours. Pancakes made with almond flour are the bomb! (we use sugar free maple syrup from Walden Farms)

Great flour!

I have gone through 20 lbs of almond flour from Honeyville in the last few months and my whole family loves the food that comes from it (paleo chocolate chip cookies paleo "fried" chicken pie crusts etc.). It is about $5 cheaper per lb. than Bob's Red Mill (Whole Foods sells it for $9.99 and the other markets have it for $10+...ridiculous). It's the best almond flour I've used. Very finely ground no lumps or weird texture. None of us miss wheat at all and have been 100% wheat-free.

Makes AMAZING pancakes!

I have recently lost 25 lbs and began following a Paleo diet and needed a flour substitute. I have tried Trader Joes Almond meal but it in no way compares to this light fluffy almond flour and the amazing pancakes it produces. There is no way that anyone would be able to tell the difference between regular flour pancakes and ones made with this almond flour (I used a recipe from "The Gluten Free Almond Flour Cookbook" by Elana Amsterdam).

This is the best! Look no further - buy this!

This is by far the best Almond Flour I've tried. This flour is gluten free tastes great and is good for you. I can make things for my family and friends that are great tasting gluten free healthy and low carb - that can be hard to do but easy with Almond Flour! superior

I find this almond flour is a much higher quality than others I have tried including Bob's Red Mills. This product has a finer grain size is less oily and has a milder taste. i also find that I get more cups per pound meaning that the end product is lighter (a good thing).
