Wonderful!

My husband and two small children have recently switched over to the Paleo diet which we are loving and with which we are having great success. However we do of course miss our baked goods as well as "convenience" foods. Almond flour (especially when using the book "Baking with Almond Flour") allows us to eat healthy grain-free baked goods as well as store baked goods in the freezer. Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour is delicious bakes up wonderfully and is delivered right to my door.

Gluten Free/Low Carb Girl

This is by far the best almond flour on the market. I've tried several. It makes creamy batters for breads cakes cookies muffins crepes and more. I wouldn't waste my money on any other brand....

Great for SCD Diet

My daughter has just recently gone on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and Honeyville Almond Flour has been a wonderful replacement for grain-based foods. She actually like the almond flour foods better. It's been very easy baking with it always high quality and ordering has been great - love those Email Coupons.

Trying to be healthy

So...I am looking for ways to get some nutrition into a very picky eater. Moment of silence for this almond flour. Just made chocolate chip cookies with this flour and they were amazing. I ordered a cookbook from Amazon specifically for cooking with almond flour. I can't wait to get it and put my almond flour skills to the test. You can't beat the price or quality here.

Great flour

Impressive flour. Wish I had given in and purchased sooner it would have saved me much frustration. This is less expensive flour than buying locally and performs SO much better in my baking. For gluten free baking almond flour lends a better texture than rice flour mixes even my non-gluten-free husband is amazed that he likes the results better than my previous baking with wheat flour. Don't hold back. Buy it!!

Fine product

The person who gave this product one star may be a competitor. I had previously purchased blanched almond flour from another site that "specialized" in almonds. The product I received from Honeyville is far superior! Not only did it hardly contain any skins (barely any traces whatsoever) it was a much finer grind. You could just see the difference. The price is just right too. This product is perfect for making French macarons.

Amazing Product!

This flour is by far THE BEST gluten free flour I have ever baked with! This flour mimics wheat flour perfectly yet is somehow way better! The flavor is rich flavorful and non-grainy. This flour is best used with Elana's recipes at www.elanaspantry.com. AWESOME PRODUCT!

Fabulous!

I had become tired of paying $10+ tax per 16-oz bag for another brand of almond flour I'd buy in the grocery store. I was so happy to find Honeyville! This product is super. I prefer "blanched" to the "natural" almond flour (with the skins left on and ground as well) as it gives a softer texture to the muffins I use it for. I can definitely tell the difference. I do not use any grain flour so quality is very important. You can't go wrong with Honeyville. I won't buy it anywhere else!

Awesome product

I use this flour all the time for cookies cheesecake crusts pie pastry and pound cakes. The fine texture helps create outstanding baked goods which rival their high-carb counterparts in flavor and consistency.
