I've been using your blanched almond flour for 1-1/2 years now. I have tried other brands of almond flour as well, and none of them produced the same quality of baked goods that your blanched almond flour does, so I use yours exclusively. I have made the exact same recipe with other almond flour and the results were so different it was like 2 totally different recipes -- it was that noticeable. While I know that some may find it pricey...it is still a few dollars cheaper per pound than the brand commonly sold in many supermarkets -- and the quality of baked goods yours produce is so much better.
