50 lb bag divided and vac sealed bagged, Very tasty will reccomend to anyone, easy to cook and filling a little goes a long way, much better hot breakfast than cream of wheat! nice texture too!Review by lightfalling
Works wonderfully as a porridge in place of grits, polenta, or farina. Much more flavor and texture. It's also a perfect addition to baked goods for that "whole grain" taste. Eating it in quantity will make you "regular", so if you aren't used to a high fiber diet you have been informed. Also works well as a sauce thickener. I routinely add it to the slow cooker (about 4 tablespoons per gallon) to make a gravy as I cook. With the obvious nutritional benefits and great flavor, I add some to almost anything I cook in liquid. It's a can't miss one stop whole grain bomb.Review by willy
